1. Digital Products

All digital products (guides, PDFs, video instructions) are non-refundable once purchased, due to the nature of instant access.

You are purchasing a single-user license for personal use only. Reselling or distributing is prohibited.


2. Physical Products

Shipping is handled by our fulfillment partners. Delivery times may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns are accepted on unopened, unused physical items within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged.

3. Safety & Usage
Pool products and accessories must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The Pool Gal Chronicles is not liable for misuse, accidents, or injuries resulting from product use.
